I have noticed in my time observing this board that it's fallen unactive. 
So basically I just think you need to cut down on a few boards, advertise and email all the members frequently to let them know you still exsist.

Ember is right...getting rid of few boards might help, and updating some, and combining a few. The advisory and Politics boards are very dead....
do a few upgrades and then send out a news letter to let members know.

I suggest moving t.v. and music together.
and the Library to include Manga/Anime.
the final fantasy board to other games.
oh, and the Jack's Crypt, you haven't given out passwords to people with 150 posts or more have you?
I know i didn't get it...
